? Roles &Responsibilities :
1. Fix meeting with Branding / Marketing Team, Procurement Team or concerned departments of cos. To introduce the MNC co.'s range of promotional products & solutions and get their approval / specification for their marketing and brand building initiatives in Goa & PAN India.
2. Prospecting for new business generation by contacting potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and sell the advantages of the MNC cos.'s products by specification which is project based business.
3. Achieving business targets for Company.
4. Successful Track record.
5. Conduct activities to generate database for the Client.
6. Responsible to maintain the targets up to the set Targets.
7. Co-ordinate with the client to schedule business work.
8. Responsible for signage and revenues for clients products and services
9. Conduct primary market and customer research, and perform in-depth customer reviews to understand their business challenges, requirements, and benefits achieved from utilizing client's solutions
10. Responsible for building a Team of successful entrepreneurs.
11. Conduct structured weekly and monthly meeting with the Team.
12. Conduct activities to generate database for the Team
