? Working as a Assistant Manager in MIS and Sales coordinator, reporting to V.P.Sales & Marketing.
? Coordinating with 3 Zones and 13 States and with 150+ territories all over india.
? Making Daily Sales Reports, Weekly Reports and monthly reports and submitting to V.P.Sales and marketing
? Making Quotations and Sales orders, Sample inquiries Creations in SAP.

? Targets Sending to Concern State heads, Trade and Projects team annual targets, week wise, month wise , quarter wise for East Zone, West Zone, & South Zone.
? Taking Data from SAP like Daily Sales report product wise, outstanding statements, stock Reports and submitting to V.P. Sales as required by him.
? Follow up for Tour plans , market mapping reports fortnightly and on monthly basis from Zonal Heads, State heads and AM?s and TM?s and I will compile the data from all and submitting to V.P.Sales.
? Making Trade and Project Quotations with Realization working and submitting for approval to V.P.Sales.
? Compiling the Sales team?s individual targets vis-a-vis their achievements and their qualification for incentive schemes..
? Checking the Credit notes as per company?s Schemes like dealer Incentives ,Sales man Incentives.
? Making MIS reports like Daily Sales Reports Target Vs Achievement & Growth for Each Zone wise,State wise and Territory wise and sending the same to, State Heads, and Zonal Heads.
? Outstanding Collection follow up, Targets & C-Form follow up?s with State Heads (Regional Managers) and Zonal Heads(General Manager?s Sales).
? Processing new dealer application from all over India and taking approval from V. P. Sales and sending to CMD for approval for creating New dealer codes.
? Making dealer agreements to all the Dealers. Coordinating with the SAP team for code opening.
? Display approvals, order releasing & making PR?s & P.O?s Releasing in SAP.
? Taking approval for Dealer Schemes, sub dealer schemes monthly and quarterly and informing SAP Department to update in the systems.
? Preparing incentives for Sales employees, monthly,Quarterly & Annually.
? Verifying of transit damages and taking approval HOD and approving the same in SAP for despatching the material to dealer in time.
? Maintaining annual Budgets approvals for Targets, Marketing and Branding Budgets ,Plumber meets, dealer meets, sub dealer meets, schemes and FTS schemes.
? Followup for Branding activities from marketing department like Branding GSB board installation and show rooms like galleria?s, Boutiques, and selects
? Taking care of stocks reports for all over india.

? Following & forwarding debtor?s ageing report to all Regional Heads and taking the feedback from them.
? Preparing Price List and periodical review of the same in consultation with the Sales Head as well as taking the Regional Head?s inputs.
? Coordinating with ERP for various reports like stock, product codes, dealers data, etc.
? Maintaining the data about Trade deposits of the dealers, blank cheques, agreements, certificates etc.,.
? Handling the all customer support activity (Customer feedback , customer complaint & Others issue ) & maintain good business relationship .
? Taking stock reports from various Depots.
? Follwup of Despatches & stock s with commercial department at factory.
? Follow up for pending orders from procurement department.
