Managing 43 eToll Gantries on Gauteng freeways, 35 000sqm head office green building, 12 Buildings, 3 depots and permanent and temporary kiosks in shopping malls within Gauteng as the Building Manager and Technical Manager for all sites, responsible for both hard services and soft services. This position includes functions such as managing and coordinating different teams to cover various areas of responsibility within facilities management, conducting planned, preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance including projects are undertaken at all sites( Generators, UPS?s, data centres, refurbishment project, HVAC system including chiller plants, BMS system,cooling towers, lifts, switch gear and transformers, fire equipment etc.), and through inspections of all completed work by service providers, managing their SLA?s according to the contractual requirements, effectively managing budgets and costs.? To manage SLA?s of service providers according to the contractual requirements
?Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various area of responsibility.
?Coordinate and carried out the maintenance and repairs of electrical installation and reticulation, emergency power supply to stationary and mobile generators installed at toll gantries.
? To monitor and evaluate compliance of service providers
? To ensure that works are executed and completed within the specified timeframe.
? Inspect and accept work on completion.
? To provide management with updates on items which may cause delays to completion of work.
? To conduct preventative and corrective maintenance through inspections of all completed work by service providers.Monthly site inspections and group all faults found from inspections and allocate to the relevant Service Provider.
? Monthly reports submission
? Monthly report submission on all work completed, as well as on the planning for the following month
? To execute all planned maintenance through site visits, register updates and record keeping.
? To schedule weekly and monthly meetings with service providers.
? Update the KPI sheet to determine the achieved score.
? Manage utilities and consumptions at facilities.
? Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
