I also do Building, Civil and Power Stations and mining construction.
Evaluate site measurements of Structural Steel, Mechanical, Piping, Plate work, Electrical & Instrumentation done by Jnr QS.? Compiling weekly & monthly progress reports for senior management.? Managing Jnr QS? Progress meeting.? Reviewing of site instructions complied by Jnr QS.? Reviewing of Monthly payment application complied by Jnr QS.? Compiling of Contractual letters to and from the client.? Compiling monthly cost reports & monthly forecast budgets.? Monitor & verify reports submitted by sub-contractors & service providers.? Evaluate sub-contractors' payment application & claims.? Compiling Contractual letters to and from sub-contractors & service providers.? Compiling Final account & agreeing with the client.? Working hand in hand with Contracts Manager & Commercial Manager.? Identifying engineering errors on site/drawings and requesting site written instruction.? Identifying opportunities for claims in order to ensure projects are profitable and margins are protected.? Mitigate contractual risks and cost control.? Recommend & advice how to avoid additional costs.? Ensuring all site costs are recorded in detail to provide transparent feedback in order to improve the tender & budget preparations for future contracts.?
