Position: Shop-floor sales assistant in a large store; worked to maximize sales and assist customers. Details: Achieved competency in retail through stock management, improved item displays and worked well in a team. Advanced sales via two approaches: presentation of the product, and excellent customer service. Confidently dealt with the public and fellow team-members in a mature yet friendly manner.
