2.Give/obtain proper route description, number of people in the vehicle and the route form number
3.Monitor the movement via x-drive and calls,when destination reached:
4.All the relevant documents must be sent back by the driver to the Dispatch Centre and be logged into the system.
5.Task the crew to fire suppression
6.Emergency response action and etcetera.
