? Responsible for all Industrial Relation activities for the company, including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, staff misconduct, union matters, organizing collective agreement, advising and guiding management on the and best practices employee and employer relations including all relevant employment laws.

? Conducting Domestic Inquiries in accordance with established guidelines and in effective and expeditious manner.

Providing assistance to External Counsels in handling Court Cases - establishing good relationships with relevant industry players, consult legal practitioners and related government agencies and provide advices accordingly and when necessary make recommendations on best practices relating to managing court cases.
? Ensuring proper presentation at Conciliation meetings at IR and work safe & Labor Departments.
? Analyze and review the late coming and absenteeism of the employees for the improvement.
