-Oversee 20 Specialist in the testing/final inspection and packing of electronic IC for 4 shifts 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
-Work with maintenance team to ensure machines cycle are optimized.
-Coordinate with Product Transfer Engineer for Prototype run and new launch.
-Work with facility team to ensure equipment and process conditions are maintained.
-Introduce continuous improvement to the line.
- Ensure Environment, health and safety requirement are reviewed and met.
-Update and review process specification to ensure they remain relevant.
-Is a member of the safety and emergency response team.
-Carried out monthly safety audit and meeting.
-Monitor daily output and shipment order.
-Prepare for Internal and External audit for ISO9002.
-Work with Quality department for Non conformance and customer complaint closure.
-Ensure monthly absorption is met.
-Support corporate project work.
-Carried out operators administration, including appraisal, discipline, counseling etc
-Perform any ad hoc task assigned by the Production Manager.
-Perform inventory counting and material ordering.
-Work with planner on quarterly projection of product mix.
