? Responsible for all major projects (i.e. D-Erection & Erection of entire Turbine, Gear Box, Generator, Rotor etc.) ? Responsible for Breakdown maintenance of Wind turbines. ? Re-commissioning of Turbine. ? Responsible for TCI Modifications. ? Turbine inspection and certification for safe run before commissioning. ? Takeover of Turbine from project with ensuring a quality product. ? Maintaining CFR & NCR of various components used in WTG. ? Implementation of ISO9001-2008, ISO14001-2004 and OHSAS18001-2007. ? ? Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ breakdowns, trouble points and take steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools (e.g. Thermography Camera). ? Error analysis and planning of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenances ? Planning of material / spare parts, activities planning, identification of vendors as per requirement for different activities with specifications and their evaluation. Planning of procurement schedules. ? Compliances on day to day requirements of customers. ? To attend Customer Visit & care of Customer support. ? Daily monitoring of critical spare material availability at store. ? Maintenance & troubleshooting of Capacitor Panel. ? Maintenance & troubleshooting of various sensors used in Wind turbine generator. ? Troubleshooting & programming of Frequency controller (Variable voltage variable frequency). ? Worked on various types of Control & power Panel consisting of MPCB, MCB, contactors, Power Contactors, Surge arresters, Power Supply 230 VAC/24 VDC,230VAC/290 VDC. Control cards, Relays, Timers etc. ? Maintenance & troubleshooting of AC Motors having operating voltage 230VAC, 415 VAC, 690VAC ? Bearing replacement of AC motors. ? Troubleshooting & repairing of Power contactors- 630A, 800A ? Hands on experience of taking Megger value of power Panel & Cables, taking Earth resistance of Earth pit. ? On job training given to employee for enhancement of their knowledge.
