Procured, catalogued and stored 21,736 spares valued at USD 49.71 million in 631 SPIRs for major EPC projects- Ruwais Train III NGL (Contractor: Snamprogetti, Project Value: USD 1.2 billion), Ruwais Sulphur Handling Terminal 3 (Contractor: Dodsal), Ruwais Tankage (Contractor: CB&I), Ruwais Train IV NGL (Contractor: GS Engg. & Petrofac, Value: USD 1.4 billion) and Ruwais Sulphur Handling Terminal 2 (Contractor: Techint) for the successful operation & maintenance of Equipments & Systems.
? Avoided spending USD 160.77 million and reduced 9,012 inventory items by reviewing 30,748 items valued at USD 210.48 million recommended by various project vendors and selecting only the essential 21,736 items valued at USD 49.71 million.
