Involved in the planning and design of 18 Out-Patient Depts., 22 Operation Theaters, 575-bed In-Patient facilities, EMRI, Radiology, Diabetes ward and 475 car parking facility including Access and Exit Ramps, Fire Exits and all required infrastructure facilities as per the NABH, NBO, BIS, NBC and Government standards. Work includes planning and supervision of day to day operations, QA/QC, HSE, supervision and control of Civil & structural Contractor?s work, material certification and tests, Bill of Quantities verification, Contractor?s Payment Bills checking, etc., Appraising the management of progress of work in weekly meetings and preparing the sequence of construction schedule. Updating and revising the plans, BOQ, Specifications, Construction Schedule in consultation with Architectural, Hospital Planners, Utilities & Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Hospital Equipment Consultants and Suppliers and Construction Contractor.

EPC of Potable Water Storage Tanks in Jubail; Client - Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu EPC project consisting of 4 potable water storage steel tanks (387000CUM capacity) with a 90m diameter ring beam and associated inlet, outlet and overflow pipe system. Each tank is provided with gate valves and butterfly valves, which are located in underground concrete chambers. Each tank has four washout chambers, one inlet and one outlet chamber connected to the concrete ring beam. The Water Tanks facility has related Office Complex, Storage areas, parking, concrete and asphalt paving and landscaping.
