Performed Administrative tasks , which included but not limited to: Motivating Staff, Controlling Costs and Inventory, Menu and Product Development, Systems Thinking / Conceptualization and standardization, Quality Management and control, and various miscellaneous tasks. In a nutshell, it was my job was to solve all the problems that would hinder the business from operating at full capacity. I reported directly to the owner and would assist him in other functions as well.
