TRAVEL COORDINATOR: MEG ENERGY, Calgary, AB , May 2014 ? February 2015 Coordinate travel of approximately 5000 employee to and from Alberta and BC via Sunjet to the Christina Lake site. Coordinate special charters for tours and off site events. Assisted in the planning of coming up with cost effective solutions solution when flight delays were incurred. Coordinate bussing for site as well as special bussing for tours and off site events. Accomplishments: ? Coordinate all charter and leased aircrafts, including: flight logistics, detailed itinerary and completion of flights, monitor usage and improve utilization, including any and all passenger requirements. ? Actively contribute to the success of the aviation team by consulting with leader on issues regarding the flight schedule or issues affecting customer requirements, and suggesting efficiencies and improvements to team processes. ? Prepare monthly and annual budget report, Prepare Bus data and cost associated with bus Travel. Complete all division costing daily for all flight manifests. ? Work with all divisions at the Christina Lake Regional Project to identify bussing requirements and timing, and collate manifests for the contractor to plan and execute the ground transportation plan on a weekly and/or monthly basis. ? Work with the Logistics team to ensure that all transportation contingencies are planned and executed to meet weather and operational delays.

February 2014 Arrange and coordinate travel of approximately 1200 employees to and from all over Alberta via Sunjet to the Firebag Site and Fort McMurray; also coordinate lodging accommodations and troubleshoot in regards to lack of rooms in particular camps; ensure employees arrive to and from jobs according to schedule. Accomplishments: ? Assist in the ongoing development of this new travel department within Suncor ? Research all Transport Canada regulations pertaining to flights with a private fleet of aircrafts; prevented a large fine from being levied to Suncor because of our passenger list and manifest; discovered errors and ensured people were able to start shifts on time with no fees applied ? Ongoing attention to detail in regards to flight manifests and lodging reservations to ensure that all are up to date to prevent any delays in flights and in people checking in to their rooms. ? Manage employee complaints and concerns in regards to flights and lodging ? Liaise between administrative staff and employees regarding room freezes at the lodges
