As an e-Commerce agent, I provided excellent and professional customer service to a wide variety of customer's. I had to be quick at problem solving and multitasking to get the job done efficiently. I was a subject matter expert assigned to assisting other agents with what ever questions they had and dealt with escalations that may have occurred. My superiors also trusted me with requests that were sent down from the management.
