I was the face of the company being the first point of contact for clients visiting the building and on the phone. I really enjoyed the fast paced environment with different challenges coming up each day.
Key responsibilities:
? Handling calls on busy switch board and passing them to relevant member of staff
? Greeting clients and visitors ? signing them in and making them comfortable
? Processing invoices and dealing with all hospitality bookings and expenses
? Liaising with the facilities manager, cleaning, maintenance and hospitality teams to ensure smooth running of the building
? Providing regular feedback to relevant teams within the bank of call patterns I was receiving. EG new scams or areas not adequately covered by the website/call centres
? Maintain health and safety
