? Fresh motor business development through motor dealerships and achieving the set renewal retention percentage through the renewal team and branches spread across Oman.
? Effective team management for the achievement of set business volume.
? Maintaining the tie ups with current channel partners in an effective manner and responsible for making new tie ups as the market situation demands.
? Follow up and attaining of special rates from channel partners based on business production and/or future business commitments.
? Updation of underwriting guidelines and company procedures to the team members so as to enable to place a system oriented process across the organization.
? Relationship management with existing clients by providing quality service standards and thus trying to achieve more clientele.
? Monitoring that each branch is achieving their individual targets and also maintaining the desired service quality level through the set parameters and guidelines and thus achieving the total volume of the Company and also the service level
