? To ensure that all purchase orders issued are followed up with on time delivery.
? To ensure that any variation orders that are requested by designers are being captured into the cost and quotations are being prepared for the variation orders.
? To ensure that goods return or documents sent out are followed up with delivery order.
? To ensure that purchase orders and invoice tallies upon receipt of invoice.
