Manage the routine preparation of batch records package and track working or completed records.
Prepare samples labels using LIMS, JDE system.
Material reconciliation via JDE system and EBM(XFP) .
Perform materials transactions of non-work orders process.
Data entry and verification into PRIMR.
Manage SOP?s/Forms (i.e. Edit ,format and route for signature ,etc.)
Track and maintain controlled SOP locations in the production floor are with the effective versions.
General logistic support for manufacturing.
Manage archival system for vendor turnover packages and site validation documents.
Working with Quality in management of all quality relevant documentation.
