Play a critical role in terms of overall housing administration and management. Compile monthly housing and administrative report. Day-to-day housing maintenance. Redress issues raised by housing consumers and give feedback. Ensure effective risk and compliance management by physically inspecting and conducting structural based auditing. Drafting of annual housing budget and submit it to engineer manager for approval and submit monthly expenditure report. Request quotes for maintenance, complete purchase requisition for PO. Sign off work order and approve payments for work done by contractors. Coordinate housing maintenance and make recommendation repairs. Ensure compliance to mine health and safety act. Maintain and manage a good relationship between company and external service providers. Compile and update asset register for movable and immovable assets. Ensure houses are in good state when occupying and vacating houses. Conduct inspect, do punch/snag list for new mine houses, ensure all relevant documents and registration are done in accordance with the applicable legislation and sign off house if work have been done according to specifications. Screen and verify housing registration with the NHBRC compliance with housing regulation. Conduct investigation on incident/s occurred on areas of responsibility and implement corrective measures.
