* My main task is to facilitate various training programs to help employees acquire, develop and improve skills that will prepare them upon endorsement to production.
* Gives constant feedback and scheduled coaching to help learners evaluate themselves and come up with action plans to work on their areas for improvement as an essential part of their training.
* Creates reports tracking their progress and behavior based on observation, evaluation and performance in class. These reports are the bases for their coaching sessions.
* Facilitates transition by providing learners with activities and teach-backs following a timeline
* Provide continuous assistance and coaching during nesting for an easier transition from training to production
* Coordinate and report to stockholders the learners' performance and progress in training
* Aside from module delivery, I also evaluate training materials and develop modules with set objectives targeting specific skills.
* In addition to class management, I am in charge of creating and tracking compliance of classes for client billing.
* Once learners are in production, I lead learning enhancement classes focused on improving customer service and people skills needed for their success in the workforce.
* Validates applicants and screens them through a quality form before they are deemed ready for account training.
* On board new trainers on training and admin tasks and also provide them necessary assistance in classroom management and tasks completion.
