In Arvee Industries, I as MD of one of the Largest Flexible Packaging Companies of the world & largest in Africa; in one year I had considerably reduced the scrap percentage, Ink & Adhesive Deposits, on world's best machines. The Turnover had phenomenal growth. But gor my spinal problems I was rushed to India for immediate spinal surgery.

For Jindal Group of Industries I had initiated to put up two plants at Duran, South Africa at a Capital Cost of USD 6M. I got the Projects Appraised & Sanctioned by 3 Financial Institutions Including Banks of Republic Of South Africa. A country who's financing Rules &Culture was unknown to me & yet in shortest period I sold the Project to the Financial Institutions & got the sanction. Even I made the Financial Institution to agree & participate in the Equity of the company.
