? Assist with the design of the PM Operations unload, load, trailers using the ?Lean? Method
? Run a roster of 100+ staff
? Manage the nightly line haul for outbound trailers
? Ensuring all trailers are loaded safely and to maximum capacity
? All trailers are departed on time to achieve depots KPI?s to ensure ?on time delivery?
? Coach and train staff in different areas of the operation
? Ensure operation is set-up prior to shift start by the PM team
? Induct new staff to ensure safety is adhered to at all times
? Nightly reports to regional and interstate management teams on operational performance
? Lean trained to ensure minimal waste on labour hire
? Promote and maintain a safe work environment in accordance to company guidelines
? Manage daily labour costs and ensure efficient and cost effective daily operations are completed to the ?Depot KPI?s?
? Administer weekly pay data through Kronos and proactively manage employee leave and absenteeism
? Co-Ordinate necessary training of staff for suitable operational duties
? Monitor and manage reported hazards, incidents and accidents in accordance with company policies
? Ensure all trailers are loaded and departed safety and in accordance to meet deadlines
