Responsible for all OE orders in South Africa, Order capturing on SAP, ensure job cards are made out & issued production line, Follow up of orders with planning department to ensure on time delivery. Customer liaison. Invoicing, credit notes. Spreadsheets on excel. Ensure stock is loaded & delivered as per lead time given on receipt of order from client. Follow up with customer to ensure receipt of order on time and in good condition.
