Full function of processing Payroll for 10 companies country wide. (4 weekly & 6 monthly paid)
Calculate earnings (including overtime) and deductions and process through VIP weekly & monthly
? Download & distribute all time and attendance to be authorised by managers. Import into VIP. (Sabre & Uniclox) (Weekly & Monthly)
? Ensure all requirements for new engagements are met and processed on VIP
? Ensure that all termination requirements are met and processed on VIP, including tax directive applications.
? Record all changes to master data (personal details, bank details, address, etc) and ensure that these are up-to- date (weekly & monthly)
? Process payroll and prepare sign off documentation for HR Manager & CEO (weekly &monthly)
? Print and distribute payslips and attached notifications & email to relevant branches countrywide.

? Process bank files for salaries, maintenance, third parties, savings and PAYE, SDL & UIF (weekly & monthly)
? Reconcile third party payments and distribute monthly schedules (monthly)
? Process monthly payroll General Ledger journal (weekly & monthly)
? Attend to GL queries (monthly)
? Submit UIF monthly declarations (monthly)
? Prepare midyear tax submission (annually)
? Process tax year end reconciliation?s (annually)
? Print and distribute annual IRP5's (annually)
? SARS e-filing (monthly)
? Provide report on overtime hours to All departments (monthly)
? Provide advice and assistance to employees on policies and benefits (on going)
? Attend to payroll queries and prepare adjustments (weekly & monthly)
? Prepare all documentation relating to staff (increases, allowances, medical aid, pension fund, loans, savings, and funeral benefit) and ensure submission to third party. (on-going)
? Check accuracy of TMS invoices (weekly)
? Confirm contributions for Medical Aid & ensure funds in the bank for direct debit.
? Confirm contributions for Momentum on portal & prepare payment with 3rd party payments.
? Assist the HR Manager with other admin duties.
? Ensure filing of all payroll data
? Back up & roll over(VIP) to next week or monthly.
? Arrange cash for casual labour staff (when needed)
? Confirm monthly contributions to NBCRFI online & arrange cheque payment.
