Duties:
- Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships, conduct a research of the equipment to meet the technological and business demands (being within financial frames, contract terms)
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms
- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, customers, maintenance of a partnership with the suppliers (organization of business visits to customers at plants, construction sites, factories)
- Management of any language and communication issues to enable effective relations.
- Develops timelines for the delivery of particular items so that projects can proceed as required, control of the schedule compliance of deliveries.
- Managing the logistic operations, customs clearance.
- Communicates with shippers in order to speed delivery as needed

- Establishing of partnership with customers and suppliers (chain customer ? engineering company ? supplier).
- Market development strategy, market analyzation, responsibility for establishing of a sequenced cooperation.
- Presentation of supplier at a market of the Russian Federation, to a Russian customer (preparation of a presentation package, participation at exhibitions, meeting with Russian customers, negotiating the product).
- Working out, scheduling and control of the steps of the project realization, coordination of the departments, involved in the project realization (steps from drafting a data sheet up to final acceptance protocols ? 2 succefully realized objects/contracts ? concrete mixing plant, 2 pumping sets, and 3 are in process ? mixing plant and 2 tile forming machines).
- Contracting (draft development, pricing), Negotiating contract terms and managing of contracts for optimal values.
- Risks calculation, working on a budget, prime costs calculation (resale of the material, supplied under the terms of a project).
- making sure the quality standards are met
- Cooperation with technical specialists and sub-contractors.
- Documentary support for all steps of the project
- Optimization of transport routes, monitoring of settlement with vendors, delivery times, service quality. Logistics calculation (delivery costs, TAX, VAT and obtaining certificates).
- Acceptance of the final protocols.
