? Gained Knowledge in the Evaluation of Control Limits, Cp, Cpk values.
? MaintainIng the Quality by Identification and development of Traceability system, Control Charts and Control plan.
? Gained expertise in the preparation of 8D reports.
? Gained Knowledge in 5S and implemented the same in my organisation.
? Gained expertise in preparing Standard operating procedure (SOP) sheet and Inspection instruction standard (IIS) Sheet for the production parts.
? Imparted training to the subordinates regarding Secondary Operations, 100% Inspection, Housekeeping activities and Customer requirements.
