Mohammad Al-Mojil Group?s (MMG) core business is construction of Projects mainly in oil & gas and petrochemical industry. MMG is mainly involved in onshore and offshore construction which has five basic units including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation as well as maintenance and turnaround work units. In addition to oil & gas and petrochemical projects, MMG has also undertaken utility projects that include desalination and power plants. The group possesses all the facilities related to construction such as machinery, equipment, fabrication shops certified with ASME ?U?, ?S?, ?PP?, ?R? & ?A? stamps, warehouse, procurement, technical services and information technology.
Professional Experience
? Ensuring Quality Management Systems requirements are implemented and maintained at Project site by controlling a team of QC personals in various disciplines like: civil, Structural, Underground, aboveground plant piping, Welding, NDE, Mechanical rotary & static equipment?s, E&I on a day-to day functions.
? Ensure Quality Control Personnel assigned to work scopes covered by Project Quality Assurance Plan and shall have organizational freedom, authority and responsibility to ensure compliance with project requirements; to identify quality problems, to initiate and recommend corrective actions in the event of non-conformances.
? Responsible for getting client approvals for ??PQAP?? (Project Quality Assurance Plan), ITP?s, Technical Work Instructions in accordance with contract scope, specifications and company quality control system requirements.
? Review of project specific WPS/PQR and WPQR prior to submitting for client approval.
? Develop Project Quality plan and procedures as required and applicable.
? Maintaining and monitoring NCR & CAR log and reporting to client in the weekly quality meeting; analyzing the root cause analysis for violation and preventing the same not to repeat in future and ensure closing of NCR?s, CAR?s if any on time.
? Responsible for non-conformance identification, disposition and corrective action follow up.
? Ensure quality requirements are determined and satisfied throughout the phase of contract performance and comply with applicable codes and standards as defined in ARAMCO Schedule-?Q?; demonstrate fulfillment of project requirements.
? Ensure approved practices, procedures, inspection and test plans and audit program are in place and being utilized throughout project construction phase.
? Ensure witness and Inspection hold points are compiled according to the approved ITP, to maintain construction targets.
? Ensure all the project documents are completed and stored with traceability through scheduled internal audit.
? Conducting internal meetings with QCI?s and Construction Superintends for feedback compliances and solutions at scheduled intervals.
? Ensure the weld joint repair rate for the projects as low as possible through appropriate measures.
? Ensure Zero NDT backlog to monitor the performance of the welders in real time.
? Ensure all the welders qualifications are kept current through vigilant supervision.
? To interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies; liaison with client QC representatives.
? Attending regular quality meetings with clients and identifying appropriate resolutions to their concerns if any.
? Assure implementation of the existing Project Management System that assures Company policies, Objectives, targets and standards are met.
? Act as a focal point for ISO external Audit, Client Audits and to conduct internal audits as per the company and project requirement.
? Preparation and submission of weekly quality report to Corporate QA/QC Manager addressing about the inspection progress, restraints and concerns at project site.
? Coordinate with Corporate QA/QC Manager to ensure required competent QC personnel?s are available at site.
? Assist in the evaluation of ongoing training needs to ensure that employees are aware enough to meet the requirements of the Continues improvement program.
? Continuously striving to maintain and achieve every month project quality index (PQI) a far good value as a part of Measuring and monitoring customer satisfaction.
? Periodic review of project quality records and ensures their compliance is met during project execution.
? Performing quality audits on subcontractors and review their quality systems as per plan.
? Setting guidelines and monitoring the piping test packages flow with zero backlogs in quality domain.
? Setting guidelines and monitoring the Project final QA/QC dossiers preparation and on time submission to the client.
