Job Responsibilities
? Overall responsibility of profits & growth and Developing & implementing corporate level strategies.
? Making major corporate decisions and managing the resources effectively
? Responsible for development of cohesive strategies for the optimum use of our resources, the effective implementation of shared initiatives and the achievement of safety and performance targets in line with companies strategic objectives.
? Responsible for strategic collaborations, JV?s and partnering (in fields of technology, construction) to enhance the range of operations, secure projects and their successful delivery.
? Set the direction, and ensure effective strategy implementation for achievement of profitability & targets.
? Set the budget for the SBU including the allocation of capital and resources, and recommend the annual budget to the Board for approval
? Responsible for overall planning & execution of the Projects and Oversee the construction project as per the Company?s quality & safety requirements.
? Effective communication and co-ordination with management, contractors, subordinates for completing the various project successfully. . Problem solving and decision making to achieve the given target completion date successfully. Sending weekly, monthly progress report, periodic cash flow status to management.
? Conducting regular meeting with Finance, SCM and Admin department along with vendors and Suppliers to ensure that all statutory compliances are adhered to and maintained up to date and also to liaise Regularly with key influencers, state government and local administration authorities
Major Accomplishments:
? Currently Working with Senior Management for setting up 120 Nos JIO Centres across Karnataka and 1550000 Lakhs Sq. ft Regional Call centre, IDC park and Office Set up at Whitefield, Devanhally , Mysore and other parts of Karnataka and managing 100 Nos team for multi Dollar project.
? Highly involved in Coordinating with Real Estate Division for setting up JIO Centres, Corporate offices and Regional Call Centres in Bangalore.
? Greenfield Cash and Carry Project from End to end Completion at Mangalore and Raichur consisting of 350000 Sq.ft

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic
? Currently working with senior Management (MD) and handing Master planning, directing consultants and contractors, QS, Costing, Inter Disciplinary Co-ordination, Scheduling, on-site Engineering, Contracts and Contract Management.
? Closely working with Core Building Committee of various Cross functional team to identify Market needs and Analysis, Project feasibility and Business Development, JV / JD formations, Cost estimation of variety of projects and Quality Audits.
? Coordinating with Consultants and Architects and ensure that technical standards are communicated and being implemented by the project team.
? Taking market feedback and identifying outsourced vendors and Contractors for different activities of project work and facilitating project team on day to day to works conducting regular meeting with Business Development team and identifying the business potential for site acquisition for Residential flats and Villas Construction
? Performance Management system to across all the department and motivating the team.
? Preparation of Periodical reconciliation reports and Monitoring the cost budget
Operational
? Conducting regular meetings with site team and vendors and identifying bottlenecks in the projects and making solutions to complete the task as per agreed timelines.
? Reporting to Managing Director on all ongoing projects in various stages. Involved in setting up programme management strategy for group of projects. Responsible for delivery of various ongoing projects from Conceptual Stage to handing over of both Residential and Mixed used projects.
? Making regular site visits and reviewing the work progress with project team and giving all technical support for any scope of change in the work and ensuring the scope of deviation document will be communicated to the stake holders.
Financial
? Finalize department budget and ensure adherence to the same
? Ensure minimal expenditure on obtaining licenses and approvals
Major Accomplishments:
? As Head of the Projects , I am in charge for execution of ongoing high-end self- contained township project with around 67 Nos Independent luxury villas of 3,00,000 sq.ft at Bangalore. Villas are with built up areas varying from 3470sft to 3800 Sq.ft with international facilities spread over 8 acres of Land.
? Responsible for ongoing Aerolex Towers - Residential apartment in Sarjapur area of Bangalore spread over an Area of 3 ½ Acres of land. The project consists of 2 Block out of which one is G + 14 floors and other one is G + 6 floors with high speed elevators, Club House, Swimming Pool and Children Park. The estimated cost of construction for the project is approximately Rs 300 Million.
? Responsible for ongoing Aishwarya Splender - Residential Apartment Block-A, Block-B consisting of 5 Lakhs Sq.ft in Bangalore. Taken total responsibility for the overall execution of the above mentioned projects as per laid out specifications and safety standards. Block -A being the costliest block in the Project. Consisting of 6000 Sq.ft X 14 floors. Total built up area being 90,000 sft. The cost of the tower being 20 Cr Block-11 having 7000 Sq.ft X 14 floors. The total built up area being 1, 05,000 sift. The cost of the tower being 27 Cr.
? 18000 Sq.ft with 4 Floors of Wadhwa? Square - Commercial Complex proposed for Retail outlet at Mysore at Nanjing Allege circle and
? 8 Acres Proposed Residential layout ( Group Housing) with all amenities at Jaya Nagar 4th Block (Near Ramaiah Layout) approved by MUDA at Mysore.
