Inbound & Outbound Process
? Get ASN from clients and arrange space for inward materials.
? Check proper temperature for inward materilas in TCL trucks.
? Reconcile, stack materials proper temperature control areas.
? Monitor inward process, put away, check inventory physical Vs system.
? Monitor cycle count process every day with 40 SKU?s.
? Get orders from clients by mail.
? Data entry operators start punch order into our software (EDMS).
? Take pick lists and cross check with customer orders.
? Segregate pick lists for zone, priority and requirement of waybill.
? Distribute pick list to picking team.
? Pick the materials Batch/Part number, Expiry date with proper location.
? Start packing with various sizes of boxes as per customer norms.
? After select the packing box then shrink wrap the materials and put gel packs.
? Finally close the thermo col boxes and put the extra corrugated outer box.
? Mention temperature, customer name, city, number of boxes.
? Check MSDS for the packed materials if required.
? Check MSDS, Waybill, and Non-DG Certificate if required.
? Check the shipments TCL or normal / Air or surface mode.
? Handover the invoice with proper documents to transporters.
