I have 8 years of Experience.? Initiation of the file that needs to be closed.
? Preparation and sending of initial documents to the Title.
? Calculation of (Loan Amount, Payoff, Discount Charges, Dates) to be charged to the Borrower.
? Reviewing the HUD and verifying the accurate fees are charged to the borrower.
? Revising the HUD if any discrepancies found in any other charges / information.
? Balancing the HUD with per client and federal guidelines.
? Approving and Sending the Final Docs to Borrower to get them signed.
? Verifying the Signed Docs received by Borrower as per the norms.
? Balancing the HUD and disbursing the funds of the Loan.
? Handling the team in the absence of TL.
? Responsibilities include pipeline management, assignment of files, Error rectification, Leave planning and floor assistance.
? Sending EOD reports to client and higher management.
? Training of new associates and responsible for their production and quality.
? Responsible for the Team?s Quality, Performing QC daily on the files on simple sampling basis.
? Monitoring Critical checks and the providing training and improvement plans for the Team members to improve the Quality.
? Closely monitoring of client quires and Escalations. Ensuring timely delivery of deliverable with at-most accuracy.
? Identify and suggest process improvement to improve Quality and Efficiency.
? Handling the team huddles & updating the new changes in the processes.
? Recording and reporting of the remedies taken for the critical issues.
