My overall journey was from Relationship executive to mentor to become a team leader& now organization has given me larger role as an Unit Manager to handling a signification business pie of Kolkata & surroundings. I have enjoyed building businesses and organizations through evolving strategic roadmap for future, aligning talent, capability development & structure / processes with the roadmap. My most satisfying achievements include turnaround assignments as well as leading projects on potential discontinuities, innovation and market turnaround strategies through my existing team member with the using their talent. My current manpower strength of 12 from odd backgrounds. I have learned here to nurture multi talent in adverse business proposition.
