? Ensure proper utilization of available resource within shift.
? Prepared daily production plan & production report.
? Observed and maintain record of daily packaging stock issuance and receiving.
? Monitoring the schedule for smooth production and changeover of products.
? Maintaining discipline and monitoring the safety conditions and housekeeping of the production floor.
? Controlling the wastage of all the sections with co-ordination with in-charge and machine operators & Management of production staff for maximum output.
? Working on ERP system soft ware.
? Make effective plan against the monthly forecast for achieving it and coordinate with head of dept incase of any alteration in it.
