started in a dpet parts and services for sears, dealt with customers on the phone regarding the technicians going to there houses for service . then went to customer service , dealing with contracts and gaurantees that customers has or purchase , when they purchase their units . got a dispatcher position , were customers are informed about their services with , eta , and confirming their avaliability according to trchs routes for that day and later in the future .

hard worker , honest, good with people, fast learner, adapt easy to enviorements, worked over 37 years in the hotel industry, it is been 9 years since i left the hotel industry, looking to be located in a call centre , more now with sears may lay us off , would like to get experience as collector agent, using my knowledge and experience, plus learning new things .
