Responsible to deal with the Wireless North Region (WNR) PTCL payment cases of the company. This process includes below mentioned core functions:- ? Finance Management: ? Preparation of regional additional funds requirements under heads OPEX and Admn CAPEX for its approval. ? Coordinate and pursue the cases of additional funds demand with GM Finance PTCL Headquarters for uploading budget in relevant Commitment Item/ GL and STFC through SAP. ? Preparation, scrutiny of regional sanctions regarding payments of WNR for its approval when required. ? Evaluate approved cases of OPEX/ CAPEX Payment and its parking in FICO Module of SAP and process payment to DDO for releasing cheques after ensuring ceiling/ funds availability under relevant GLs. ? Coordination with SM (Finance)/ DDO regarding cases of Ceiling, 1st and 2nd Signatories of Cheques, BRC?s issues etc. ? Liaison with the Regional Management and Vendors for providing relevant documents pertaining to the payment cases. ? Prepare draft letters/notifying decision passed by the Competent Authority to relevant quarters. ? Travel Management: ? Evaluate travel requests of officials/ officers of the Wireless North of the company and suggesting guidelines/ provision of relevant documents as per SOP of Travel Module System (TMS) in SAP being pre-requisites. ? Generate Trips with regard to traveling of officials/ officers in SAP after ensuring budget availability in relevant cost centre for approval and consequently its payment through SAP. ? Coordination (Admn): ? Prepare draft communications/ proposals for Administrative matters. ? Prepare draft letters/notifying decision passed by the Competent Authority.

Analysis of Additional funds demands ? Soliciting approval of additional funds under justified heads. ? Medical budget/ Mobile sets budget allocation ? Allocation of Education Grant budget to PTCL Regions/ Budgeting Units. ? To Control regions over expenditures especially controllable heads, where applicable. ? Prepare quarterly as well as additional record after each quarterly allotment of funds to Budgeting units.
