? To conduct regular inspections Civil/ Structural works and ensure compliance with project specifications, MS and approved shop drawings.
? Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice and compliance with approved shop drawings, method statement, quality control procedure & ITR?s as per ITP?s.
? To conduct inspection of all incoming materials, bought out items and review of material test certificates and ensure compliance to specification requirements.
? Witness of Site and Lab Tests (Plate load test, Compaction test, Cube Test, Steel test etc.)
? Review of cube test reports, compaction test reports, steel test reports and MTC?s etc.
? Ensure the implementation of Quality Management Systems on project site.
? Providing oversight and confirming acceptable solutions are implemented correctly.
? Coordinate with site team, supervisors and sections units for all Quality related matters.
? Strict compliance to site safety, health & Environment policies.
? Identify potential safety concerns and inform the contractor?s.
? Monitoring the progress of site works.
