? Perform incoming in process and final inspection for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
? Responsible for moisture analysis testing of finished products
? Verify the final released of finished product
? Evaluate and analysis daily outgoing report all finished good products for traceability and further improvement in quality.
? Conduct product shelf life extension study.
? Perform in swab test
? Knowledge in sanitation and pest control
? Perform in house and verification of measuring equipment and ensure calibration activities of all instrument as per calibrate schedule
? Responsible in motivating and training the QC Supervisor on Food Safety/HACCP program, direct control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance.
? Perform internal audit for company Food Safety Management System.
? Conduct investigation on customer complaint and any ad hoc duties
? Generate report for customer complaints, non-conformity and product evaluation and CCP performance.
?Involve the R&D and new food product development (create new formulations)
-Improve product quality and new product development
? Design and formulated new and improved existing products, from project creation to eventually implementing them in production.
