I?m have been working as a self employed person for two years now, doing I.T related jobs as it is my trade mark, what I have done mostly in the hardware side is change components in a Pc, upgrading it or just fixing it, that had taught me troubleshooting hardware problem and resolving them. I have also used software, were I had to Install different operating system software?s (Windows XP service Pack 2, 3 , vista ,Windows 7 and 8) and user software, which I have also work using the user software?s (that your: Adobe reader Microsoft word, Excel, power point, Anti-virus?etc). In the line of work I do, I meet with different people, so this has taught me more about customer service.
