Worked on ?Operation and Maintenance Project of MOBILINK & U-fone Pakistan. The scope of the job is vast but the main work include Leading a team to perform better quality PM and CM, Coordination with clients & security staff, Rectification of BTS sites faults.
Key Achievements & Accomplishments:
o Promoted to U-fone project after 1 year of span as Team Lead.
o Able to Maintain Run-Time of sites 99.99%.
o Improved the quality of PM up-to 100%.
o Initiated daily and monthly reporting of entire Network.
o Successfully performed the duty in every cluster of Lahore and Sheikhu-Pura.
