As a project manager, I have successfully handled over 50 training projects from Pitching, planning and documentation through deployment/execution and its closure. All projects had ratings of B+ and above. Over the years, I achieved maximum success while developing and implementing these projects, locally and international
While most of these project managements are onsite, I have also devised innovative means of meeting the units target by managing programmes remotely and online training which have a huge impact on the bottom line (Revenue).
My activities as a project manager involves;
? Project planning, meetings with major stakeholders (Inaugural and Kickoff meeting)
? Carefully working with client stakeholders to ensure the scope and core object of the project I meant
? Project execution and monitoring, provision of administrative support to the project, coordinating project logistics, communication with project stakeholders as well as providing support to external consultants.

? Managing and coordinating technical and soft skill courses for major Nigerian banks in the public and private sector.
? Constructing detailed report on the structure and methodology of project delivery.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
I am responsible for the success of all the training programmes company wide. My activities includes;
? Mentoring
? Research, design and implementation of robust training and capacity building curriculum/courses to meet and exceed client?s expectation.
? Development and design of training materials (agenda and training manuals to suite clients? specifics
? Sourcing for top tier facilitators, local and international expatriates that meets organization brand.
? Certifying and tracking certification process of training facilitators before joining the H. Pierson Faculty Pool. More of a recruitment approach.
? Development and analysis of various training needs and training impact assessment evaluation templates, questionnaires and putting them to use for in-house staff and client needs.
? Business development and pitching
? Survey and competition analysis.
? Relationship Management with clients and partners both local and international
? Risk Analysis and mitigative measures
? Research and development of new trends and best practices for effective and efficient training solutions.
? E-Learning Management
? Sourcing and management of content developers, off the shelf course and customized courses for specific clients.
DIGITAL LEARNING MANAGER
On this desk, I was tasked with the responsibility of converting all training courses deployed over the years into e-Learning courses. Also to ensure that our class room programmes are all technology enabled. The following are my achievements on this desk
? Successfully converted 35% minimum of our existing class room courses to A-rated interactive e-Learning courses.
? Closed four (4) different partnership with renowned global content developers, including tripeptide MOU with Local and international providers.
? Closed exclusive partnership with five (5) top tier global Simulation providers across our flagship programmes :

? Business Management Simulations
? Partnered with four (4) different foreign learning institutes in providing off-the-shelf e-Learning courses, also development tailor made industry specific courses that meets critical need of organization in our chosen market.

? Designed Pre-recorded videos which serves as overview for introduction of major training courses

ENHANCEMENT/ RESEARCH DESK
I was saddled with the responsibility of enhancing and ensuring H. Pierson training methodology meets global standard. This goal was achieved through extensive research.

? Acquisition of enhancement training tools (cases studies, videos, Simulations role plays, group exercises, games, mind benders etc).
? I ensured proper management of information for optimized tracking and retrieval
? I conducted research for Strategic Business Units based on their research request
