As a project manager, I have successfully handled over 50 training projects from Pitching, planning and documentation through deployment/execution and its closure. I am responsible for the success of all the training programmes company wide. My activities includes;
? Mentoring
? Research, design and implementation of robust training and capacity building curriculum/courses to meet and exceed client?s expectation.
? Development and design of training materials (agenda and training manuals to suite clients? specifics
? Sourcing for top tier facilitators, local and international expatriates that meets organization brand.
? Certifying and tracking certification process of training facilitators before joining the H. Pierson Faculty Pool. More of a recruitment approach.
? Development and analysis of various training needs and training impact assessment evaluation templates, questionnaires and putting them to use for in-house staff and client needs.
? Business development and pitching
? Survey and competition analysis.
? Relationship Management with clients and partners both local and international

On this desk, I was tasked with the responsibility of converting all training courses deployed over the years into e-Learning courses. Also to ensure that our class room programmes are all technology enabled. The following are my achievements on this desk
