Created project requirements by completing brds, data dictionaries, and mapping documents for new and existing systems.

Built an app using powerapps and power automate which allowed branch managers to report downtime of applications utilized in their branches, and for application managers and teams engaged in creating and managing these apps to get an email when downtime is reported, allowing for faster resolution, and reducing customer wait times by 10%.
Developed a dormancy analytics solution for a bank that reduced dormancy rates by 20%.
