? Knowledge & understanding of PLC control Machine.
? Troubleshooting with the help of electrical drawings.
? Knowledge of different types of sensors, limit switches, solenoid valve, ip valve and burners.
? Worked on different types of motor?s VFD, servo motors and servo drive.
? Worked with the team which handle all complains of the plants.
? Preventive maintenance of whole plant on monthly basis.
? Maintain daily report of complains of all machine with the stoppage time.
? Note power consumption of machines on daily basis.
