1.Overall Accounting Management of the Organisation such as:
Recording of source records petty vouchers, cash vouchers, sales,
purchases, Customers ledgers and vendors ledgers manually and
computerized. etc.
2.Accounting Administrative Duties such as supervision of account staff,
liaising with Government Agencies, and Maintenance of the Office Utilities.
3.Reconcile various banks cash book with bank statements
4.Compute Monthly VAT and remit to the appropriate authority
5.Manage monthly pay roll system.
6.Manage Vendors and customers account generating balances as at when
needed.
7. Carry out monthly stock taking exercises to ascertain stock position
8.Products costing and price determination
9.Prepare PAYE and PENSION FUNDS schedule and ensure
Remitted to the appropriate authorities,
10.Prepare monthly report (OPERATION REVIEW) highlighting sales, purchases,
material consumed, cash and bank receipts and payments, product performance
and compare with the monthly budget.
11.Responsible for posting of financial records into accounting packages
and interpretation of the packages
12.Prepare Management reports twice in a year
13.Liaise with bankers and tax authorities.
