Operations Director- Reporting to the Vice President of Operations Joaquin Camacho and the Vice President, Business/General Manager, ICS Aerospace and Defense Tom Cruz. Responsible for leading a high performance manufacturing team ensuring that all safety, quality delivery and cost objectives were achieved. Working with Design Engineering, Marketing and Sales in developing short and long term plans for those products produced in the plant.
With 124M USD of sales by year, head count over 600 employees, 45 press to machining, 25 injection plastic machines, 5 Die Cast injection machines in 200,000 Sq. Ft. Facility.
Duties & Responsability
-Involved on the plant processes to understand and drive the organization toward problem solving and develop a new products.
-Committed to get results through continues improvement projects.
-Leadership skills to help me to form teams, work healthy and with high development, to help us to get the maximum efficiency at low cost.
-Work with vertical integration, we have a lot of opportunities to improve
-Manage the material and human resources to assure we can produce the actual and future plant requirements.
-Maintain good communication with the areas of design engineering, sales and marketing
