I introduced new marketing strategies under limited budget.

I was the centre manager in charge of the business operation. I handle student affairs and the academic operation. I recruit lecturers and also manage a sales team to reach monthly target. Kota Kinabalu centre had the best sales record under my supervision among all the Knowledge Universe centres in Malaysia.

I worked as a course consultant. My main role is to explain about the education program on offer. I have also conducted public lectures and motivational talk in schools.
Besides that, I also handle student counseling. My main task is to help students who come for help, be it for personal problems or problems pertaining to their learning experience.
I am also responsible for student recruitment. Hence my role as the sales and marketing team. I am experienced in outdoor marketing as well.
