Activities related to Bureau of Indian Standards for all units of Shree Cement Limited:
o Documentation work for new certification mark licence.
o Coordination with BIS for surveillance visit to plant for new & operative licenses.
o Laisoning activities with different government & private laboratories for clearance of Factory, Market & Complaint samples.
o Renewal of certification mark licence & quarterly marking fee deposition.
o Supervision of Implementation of new standards & STI?s of Bureau of Indian Standards.
o Obtaining circulars, rules & regulations of Bureau of Indian Standards.
o Obtaining Adhoc permission from DIPP, New Delhi for commercial production without ISI marking.
Additional responsibilities
o Supervision of chemical and physical laboratory activities to achieve quality test results.
o Supervision of quality assurance programme to achieve accurate test results for all location of Shree Cement.
o Managed laboratory establishment of different plants of Shree Cement.
o Cement mix design for various experiments for optimization of SO3, Compressive strength & setting time etc.
