? Prepare JD as per requirement & post on portal (Naukri & Monster)
? Initial screen of the profile, co-ordination for interviews and closure
? Complete the joining formalities for newly hired employees & Doc verification
? Give brief induction to employee about the company and its structure.
? Preparation of Monthly HR MIS Database Staff Leave record, attendance record
? Issuance of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Salary Certificate, Service
Certificate, different letters.
? Preparation of monthly Joiners, Attrition record
? Employee engagement activities.
? Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have and to escalate
? Generate invoice on monthly basis & client co ordination about requirement, daily
tracer & payment.
? Coordination with Payroll for providing inputs for newly joined employees. 
? Exit Formalities.
