a. Market & Sales Forecast
- Provide selling target up to next 5 years (annual) based on potential demand & company capacity.
- Provide monthly target for evaluation related to company commitment based on actual achievement & annual target.
- Analyze competitor movement and measure how much the impact to market & sales.
- Analyze external situation having impact to automotive & customer purchasing pattern.
b. Economy Outlook & Survey
- Provide the latest update issue from socio-economy, national & regional, having potential effect to automotive market.
- Regional survey & forecast cooperate with dealer, public, and private institution as a adjustment for quantitative description from direct observation.
