Had taken responsibilities as manager also in absence of active manager and handled 7 units of directional drilling on 7 different rigs with ONGC in Ahmedabad Mehsana region. Making HSE a priority on the development of the work and have a good co-ordination & communication with site supervisors, technical persons, Site drilling engineer, Geologist, Co-ordinate with base office & site personnel for excellent results. Plan, Organize, arrange kick off meetings with client, service company.
