Task :
Onshore - In-charge of controlling/coordinate Expeditors on material expediting activities for Water Injection & Gas Injection. Reports directly to Material Post Award Lead. Handling quarantined materials issues and focal person to resolve quarantine materials receiving at Labuan Warehouse. Liaise closely with Labuan receiving team ( QAQC Inspection Team / Material Management Team / Logistics ), MMHE Receiving representative ( Main Contractor ) and vendor for material replacement and outstanding certificates or relevant documents required.
Offshore - Direct reporting to GKA FPS Manager & GKA CSU Manager. Take charge on expediting of material / equipment delivered to FPS, Gumusut Kakap. Receive and screen MR Form submit by offshore team to Project Procurement Team onshore. Expedite received materials on FPS upon receive and follow-up with onshore expeditors on outstanding balance materials. Liaise closely with Material Tracker, Material Controller and Store man on all materials arrived offshore. Ensure inspection conducted after material arrival to FPS. To cross check and follow-up with onshore procurement team on ETA delivery dates. Liaise directly with Logistics Team in LSB for material delivery manifest and delivery ETA date changes. Participate in daily Project Progress meeting and weekly Planning meeting. Act as medium for communication on materials receiving offshore and backload to land / vendor mob to FPS. Handling warehouse and deliveries issue on FPS. To close the Material Request (MR) received FPS in the Procurement Database.
