Monitoring & providing service for Reservation, Deliveries & Collection of the vehicles in a timely manner in 20 branches all over UAE. To provide best result in all aspects on the EOD, EOW & EOM Reports by properly executing the plan of actions.
Be in Sync with Operations Higher Ups, Yard Operations & Maintenance Team to provide best possible solutions to the clients in case of Ad Hoc situation 24x7. (Accidents, Breakdowns, Technical Issues)
To ensure meeting or exceeding the Forecasted Business Plans set by specialized team in terms of Customer Reservations, or any other request made by them. (Delivery or Collection, Chauffeur Service, Payments, Recovery Services)
Forecasting, Scheduling, Making arrangements of vehicles as per the business deals, so that Reservations as well as Walk-In requirements can be fulfilled on daily basis.
Provide Relevant Support to Department in case of a sudden spike of Reservations or Demands of Vehicles for Delivery or Collection from customers end.
Generate revenue by coaching staff on effective prospecting and lead development strategies.
Monitor employee productivity and optimize procedures to reduce cost.
Maximized driver time and efficiency by revamping delivery schedules and workloads.
Scheduled and directed work activities while providing leadership and direction to company drivers and other operations staff.
Organized monthly incentive program to promote goal achievement through motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork
